Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Somerset Bridge Group since January 2019, Jess has progressed through multiple HR positions within the organization, including Senior HR Advisor, HR Advisor, and HR Assistant. Prior experience includes working at Consumer Intelligence from September 2014 to December 2018, where Jess held positions such as People & Culture Assistant, Employee Champion, and Research Agent.
