Ruud Nijs

Ruud Nijs is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as a Director at Somerset Capital Partners since November 2020, Ruud previously held roles at Rabobank, including Acquisition Finance & Sponsor Coverage, Financial Restructuring and Recovery, and Global Trainee from February 2017 to October 2020. Earlier experience includes a consulting internship at PrimeStreet Advisory (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and a corporate finance internship at Witlox Van den Boomen. Ruud Nijs is actively pursuing further education at NYU Stern School of Business, focusing on advanced valuation, and holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Tilburg University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
