Stephen Crowther

Stephen Crowther is an experienced project manager currently working at Somerset County Council since June 2014. Prior to this, Stephen held various roles at Virgin Media from June 2001 to August 2013, including Change Team Manager, where responsibilities included managing change in Call Centre operations and driving global office improvements. Additional roles at Virgin Media included Project Manager and Outsource Relationship Manager, focusing on process improvements and managing the IBM account. Stephen began his career at Cable London as Manager of Customer Service Performance, leading a Facilitation team. Stephen holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Defence and Strategic Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, both from The University of Waikato.
