Dawid Konotey-Ahulu is a prominent figure in the finance and social impact sectors, serving as Co-Founder and Board Director at Redington since May 2006, advising on risk management and asset allocation with significant assets under consulting. Dawid also founded mallowstreet in 2009, a collaborative platform for the global pensions industry, and co-founded the 10000 Interns Foundation in 2020 to create internship opportunities for Black graduates. Additional leadership roles include Board Trustee positions at Somerset House Trust and Mission 44, and founding Partnership for Change and Spellbound!, both aimed at fostering social change and representation. Dawid has been influential as a member of the Advisory Board for the Reward & Employee Benefits Association and as a Governor for the Pensions Policy Institute, also participating as a member of the Prime Minister's Business Council from February 2022 to February 2023.
