Prior to this, Mishra held leadership roles in quality control at Wintac Limited in India, Tablet India Limited, Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, Shreya Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd., Zydus Group, and Ipca Laboratories Limited. With a post-graduate degree in Organic Chemistry from Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Mishra has extensive experience in setting up labs, leading audit preparations, and managing diverse teams in the pharmaceutical industry.
