Francesca Kaiser started their work experience in 2012 with a sales shadowing role at Cumulus Broadcasting. Francesca then worked as an office assistant at Heban, Sommer, & Murphree, LLC from 2007 to 2012. In 2013, they worked in ticket sales and ride operations at The Toledo Zoo & Aquarium and also served as a food service and bartending staff at Skippers Pub from 2013 to 2015. In 2014, they participated in the Professional Business Leadership Institute, a professional conference for AKPsi members. Francesca then interned at L Brands as a Mast Global Flow Planning Intern in 2015. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an inventory management associate at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., and later became an inventory management analyst from 2017 to 2019. Francesca then served as a merchandise planner-business and financial analyst at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. from 2019 to 2021. Francesca's next role was a senior merchandise planner at Signet Jewelers from 2021 to 2022, where they were chosen to participate in a high potential employee group. Currently, they work at NAADAM as a manager of merchandise planning and allocation.

Francesca Kaiser completed their high school education at Notre Dame Academy from 2008 to 2012. Francesca then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management from Miami University, graduating in 2016. Francesca also participated in the Luxembourg European Study Abroad Program in 2014, focusing on management.
