Alina Ruskovoloshina

Alina Ruskovoloshina started their work experience in 2015 as a Sales Associate at BCBG Maxazria, where they sold clothing, managed inventory, and trained new employees. In 2017, they became an Assistant Manager at ALDO Group, where they were the top salesperson in the store and supervised a team of 8. Next, in 2018, they took on the role of Shift Lead at AS QUOTED, overseeing front-of-shop activities, employee scheduling, and baking on-site. In 2020, they worked as an Administrative Assistant Intern at VALDS LLC, providing administrative and operations support, including managing bill of materials and procurement. In the same year, they joined Brilliant Earth as an Operations Associate, responsible for various operational tasks until July 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Specialist at Somewear Labs, starting in October 2021.

Alina Ruskovoloshina completed their education at two institutions. Alina attended Las Positas College from 2015 to 2017, where they pursued studies in Business/Commerce, General. Following that, from 2018 to 2020, Alina enrolled at San Francisco State University, Lam Family College of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a concentration in Marketing.
