Anthony Pascaud

Anthony Pascaud has extensive experience in legal management within the Somfy Group, serving as Legal Manager for Global Sales since May 2008 and previously in various legal roles with a focus on digital and IoT sectors. Responsibilities include guiding decision-making processes, shaping legal culture through training, and managing anti-trust compliance. Anthony has overseen contract management for partnerships and agreements across multiple jurisdictions and provided legal support for connected solutions, consumer law, and regulatory matters. Earlier experiences include legal counsel roles in real estate and retail, as well as volunteer advisory work with a consumer association. Anthony holds a Master's degree in Business Law from Université de Bourgogne and a Bachelor's degree in Private Law from Université Lumière Lyon 2.
