Charlotte Roure

Charlotte Roure has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Management and HRIS Director at Somfy Group since September 2018, where Charlotte has also held positions as Group Talent Manager and Competency Management Leader. Prior to Somfy Group, Charlotte spent a decade at SA Eaux Minérales Evian, Danone Group, where roles included Organizational Development and Learning Manager, HR Business Partner and Head of Labour Relations, and HR Business Partner and Head of Temporary Employment. Charlotte began their career with internships at Danone Dairy and KPMG France. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Management from emlyon business school and an MBA from Schulich School of Business, specializing in project management and change management.
