Jean-Claude Rivier

Jean-Claude Rivier was appointed Head of Engineering & Customer Satisfaction in 2020. Until then he was the Head of Industrial and Information Systems since 2018, having joined Somfy in 2016 as Group Industrial Director. Previously Senior VP Supply Chain and Quality at Schneider Electric, he held various senior positions in R&D, operations management and Supply Chain management at Schneider Electric Group and MGE UPS Systems.

Jean-Claude Rivier holds an engineering degree in physics from CNAM Paris and a Master of Business from IAE Paris.
