Mayana Fernandes has been with SOMOS Educação since December 2016, serving in various roles including Assessoria Pedagógica, where support and guidance are provided to teachers and educational teams at partner schools. Mayana also has experience in Marketing as an Analista de Marketing for an Educational Marketing Platform and has held roles in customer experience and success, facilitating onboarding and operational support for schools on the platform. Prior to SOMOS Educação, Mayana worked at Santander Brasil as a customer service agent and analyst. Mayana's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psicopedagogia and several postgraduate qualifications, including a specialization in Design Educacional and an MBA focused on Digital Transformation centered on Customer Experience, alongside a degree in Marketing Digital.
