Rachelle Haviland Young

Rachelle Haviland Young is a seasoned professional in the healthcare and assisted living sectors, co-founding Pressure Power Pros in May 2021 and serving as a partner at MrandMrsIsrealYoung.com since June 2018. With a robust background in digital marketing as Chief Executive Cheerleader at Somoseo Digital Marketing since January 2018, Rachelle also operated as a Franchise Owner for Assisted Living Locators from March 2013 to February 2018, where collaborative efforts with Ramesh Ramaswamy, MD, led to a top-producing territory. Rachelle co-founded Doctor's Choice Assisted Living and Ramesh Ramaswamy, MD, PC in August 2000, and contributed as Volunteer Co-Chair for the Justa Center Golf Tournament in 2014. Additional experience includes marketing volunteer work for the Arizona Coalition for Assisted Living and roles in eldercare consulting as an RN.
