Chase McCool

Chase McCool is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Lead Counsel at American Equity since June 2022. Prior to this position, Chase held the title of Vice President - General Counsel & Secretary at Premier Group Insurance from March 2021 to June 2022, and Senior Counsel at TrueNorth Companies between January 2019 and March 2021. Additional experience includes roles as Associate Counsel at Continental Western Group, Staff Attorney, and Paralegal/Litigation Specialist at Scheldrup Blades, as well as Legal Process Specialist and Loan Document Specialist at Wells Fargo Financial and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, respectively. In terms of education, Chase is currently pursuing a Master of Laws - Insurance LLM at the University of Connecticut School of Law, holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics and an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, and earned a Doctor of Law from Liberty University School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Liberty University.
