Jenna Appello is an accomplished recruiter and staffing manager with extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce optimization. Currently serving as a Recruiter in Talent Acquisition at Sompo since November 2021, Jenna drives the full recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and advising on candidate selection, while assessing applicants' skills and experience. Previously, Jenna held the position of Staffing Manager at RemX | The Workforce Experts from June 2016 to November 2021, where significant contributions led to a notable increase in company profits in 2020. Jenna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a Minor in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is certified as a CIR, CDR, PRC, and CMVR.
