Kim Phan

Kim Phan is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Underwriting Technical Manager at Sompo since September 2018. Previously, Kim held several positions within Sompo, including Vice President roles overseeing Middle Market Underwriting and Large Property & Casualty Underwriting. Prior experience includes nearly eight years at Travelers as a Managing Account Executive in the Commercial Accounts Group, leading a team for Middle Market business and focusing on growth and profitability. Kim began a career at Chubb Insurance, serving as a Senior Underwriter in Middle Market Commercial Insurance. Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from NYU Stern School of Business.
