Manisha Shah-Balangon, MBA, CPM, is an experienced change management professional with a strong track record in leading large-scale HR transformation initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as a Workday Change Management Consultant at LRB Group, Manisha previously held senior roles, including Director of Change at News Corp and Senior Change Management Consultant at Preos. Notable achievements include leading the transition of over 30,000 North American employees to Workday at AIG and managing the HR transformation for approximately 6,000 employees during Workday's Americas launch at Dentsu. Manisha began a career in engineering at Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams and managing quality processes.
