Susan Konsig

Susan Konsig is an accomplished professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in claims management. Currently serving as AVP, Claim Account Manager at Sompo International since June 2021, Susan previously held the position of Claim Business Consultant at Chubb from March 2015 to April 2021. Prior roles include AVP of Workers' Compensation at York Risk Services Group and Account Manager at Chubb Services Corporation. Beginning her career at CNA as a Claim Adjuster and Claim Supervisor from 1985 to 2000, Susan has developed a strong foundation in claims processing and account management. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Rider University.
