Linda van Hooft

Linda van Hooft is a technical sales manager at Sonac, a Darling Ingredients brand, since November 2022, focusing on providing technical advice and sales for functional meat proteins in the savory and meat industry across Europe. Prior to this role, Linda served as a technical project lead at PeelPioneers, responsible for direct sales and technical support for ingredient implementation, as well as managing an ATEX production line renovation project. Linda's background includes a bachelor thesis at Cosun Beet Company on exopolysaccharides in fermented plant-based dairy and various internships in research and development, including work on protein modification and application methods for brewers’ spent grains. Linda holds degrees from HAS Green Academy and Rodenborch-College, with a focus on the biobased economy in the agrifood sector.
