Colomban Carpentier is an Aerospace Design Engineer at Sonaca since February 2015, specializing in the detailed design phase of the Embraer 190E2 and the design and integration of components for the Embraer 175E2. Responsibilities include assembly drawing definition, design modifications, feasibility studies, and leading R&T projects on advanced composite ailerons. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Stokes Research Institute, where performance of thermal interface materials was significantly enhanced and studies on gas formation during thermal cycles were conducted.
