Cristina Attanasio

Cristina Attanasio is a legal professional with extensive experience in property management and corporate law. Currently serving as the Manager of Property Management Legal Affairs at Sonae Sierra since August 2006, Cristina leads the Italian Property Management Legal Department focusing on lease negotiations, contract drafting, litigation management, and legal risk prevention. Prior to this role, Cristina gained experience as a Lawyer at Studio Legale Vita Samory, Fabbrini e Associati, specializing in corporate transactions, M&A, and commercial contracts, and as a Trainee Lawyer at Carnelutti, assisting English clients with Italian law matters. Cristina holds a law degree from Luiss Guido Carli University and a diploma from the Scuola Nazionale di Specializzazione per Giuristi d'Impresa. Additionally, Cristina participated in the Erasmus program at Copenhagen Business School, studying EU and International Law.
