Mariana Bianchi de Aguiar

Mariana Bianchi de Aguiar is a seasoned professional in talent attraction and human resources, currently serving as the Global Talent Attraction and Engagement Manager at Sonae Sierra since January 2023. Prior to this role, Mariana held various leadership positions at Sonae Capital from March 2017 to December 2022, including Head of Strategic & Corporate in the People & Culture department. Mariana's earlier experience includes project management and international department roles at Sonae, where responsibilities encompassed project development, coordination of international initiatives, and training program implementation. Mariana began a career as a researcher at Universidade do Minho, contributing to long-term studies. Mariana holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Universidade do Minho and a post-graduate degree in Business from Porto Business School.
