Natalie Schmidhauser

Natalie Schmidhauser is an experienced HR professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Holcim (Schweiz) AG since December 2014, Natalie acts as a strategic partner for senior management and oversees the recruitment process while developing and leading HR partners, supporting line managers, and managing various HR projects. In addition to this role, Natalie co-founded SKILLS FINDER AG in September 2016. Previous experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Swissgrid AG, where Natalie established operational HR management and expatriate management, and as the Head of HR Processes & Central Admin at Alstom Power, where responsibilities included leading a team and managing Compensation & Benefits processes.
