Ziaul Hasan Siddiqui

Ziaul Hasan Siddiqui is the current Chairman at Sonali Bank Limited. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at IOF (IGW Operators Forum) from January 2014 to August 2019. IOF is a government approved self regulating authority of international gateways (IGWs). Before joining IOF, Mr. Siddiqui served as an Advisor at Prime Bank Ltd. from January 2012 to December 2013 where they provided guidance on borrowing and sourcing fund from organizations such as FMO and ADB. Ziaul also helped in preparing the Bank's strategic plan and advised on liquidity management, HR policy, compliance with newly amended Bank Companies Act, and publication of Bank’s periodicals. From 1976 to 2011, Mr. Siddiqui served as Deputy Governor at Bangladesh Bank [The Central Bank of Bangladesh].

Ziaul Hasan Siddiqui has a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University.
