Kshitij Verma

Kshitij Verma has a diverse background in health research and analysis. Kshitij currently holds the position of Business & Research Operations Manager at Sonara Health since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Analyst at Truveris from June 2021 to April 2022.

In 2020, Kshitij was a Research Intern at Rutgers School of Public Health, where they conducted a literature review, mined Google Maps data, and developed a questionnaire for a firearm storage survey.

From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Research Assistant at the American Institutes for Research, where they worked on survey development, data analysis, and project management. Kshitij also contributed to competitor analysis and proposal activities, winning 3 grants.

In 2017, Kshitij was a Public Health Intern at Rutgers University, where they organized a workshop and assisted in a student health initiative.

Kshitij gained research experience as a Research Intern at the Institute of Mental Health in 2015, and as a Lab Intern at the National Neuroscience Institute in 2014.

Kshitij Verma began their education journey in 2013, when they enrolled at Rutgers University. Over the course of four years, from 2013 to 2017, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, with a minor in Political Science.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Kshitij Verma took a break from academia before returning to pursue further education. In 2019, they began their Master's Degree program at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. Focusing on Epidemiology, they spent two years at Columbia, graduating in 2021 with a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree.
