Colin M. transitioned from being an ITS Lab Consulting Supervisor at Penn State University to serving in various technical roles at Humana before moving on to become a Community Manager and Support Engineer at SonarSource. In their current roles, Colin is responsible for providing support, engaging development teams, fostering user engagement, and shaping the overall relationship between SonarSource and its user community. With a B.S. in Information Sciences and Technology, Colin M. brings a wealth of technical expertise and experience in cloud services, automation platforms, DevOps, application lifecycle management, and production systems operational management to their current positions.
