Jennifer Nix (Jenn)

Jennifer (Jenn) Nix is an experienced professional with a diverse background in culinary, healthcare, and education. Currently serving as an Expo/Culinary Assistant and Server at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen since April 2023, Nix has also held roles such as Pantry Cook at Pineapples and Care Coordinator at Sonas Home Health Care. Previous positions include Associate at Viera Modeling, Education Facilitator at Brevard Health Alliance, Inc., and HR Assistant at The Mojo Grill & Catering Co., where training and onboarding processes were developed. Nix began an administrative and managerial development journey as an intern at CDS-Childhood Development Services and has experience in fine art consulting. Nix holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Southern Methodist University and dual Bachelor degrees in Health Care Administration/Management from the College of Central Florida.
