Björn Redig

Björn Redig has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Björn started their career at Parcelhouse in 2002, where they worked as a Project Manager and Head of Support. In this role, they were responsible for key customers within the supply chain and focused on control tower solutions and aftersales/reverse logistics. Björn also played a crucial role in designing and implementing the Nokia Reverse Logistics solution globally.

In 2007, Björn joined IBM Global Business Services as a Management Consultant. Björn worked in this role for a year before transitioning to eBuilder APAC in 2008. At eBuilder APAC, Björn served as the Manager of Delivery and was later promoted to the position of General Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for various aspects of the organization, including support, delivery, development, finance, P/L, and cash-flow management. Their primary goal was to improve delivery and drive business growth.

In 2010, Björn moved to eBuilder as the Vice President of Professional Services. In this position, they were in charge of developing and managing the Professional Services organization, which included consultancy services, SAAS solution implementation, and operational services. Björn also worked closely with marketing to drive sales initiatives and support customer success and account management.

In 2017, Björn joined Besedo as the COO. In this role, they led an international team of 400 people across offices in Sweden, Malta, Colombia, and Romania. Björn oversaw various departments, including service delivery, knowledge and filter teams, development, product management, ICT, and tactical planning & control. Björn played a crucial role in transforming the traditional BPO business through the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.

Most recently, Björn joined Sonat AB in 2020. Björn initially served as the Chief Commercial Officer before being promoted to the Head of Business Area Manufacturing in January 2021.

Björn Redig's education history begins in 1997, where they attended LV3 for an unspecified field of study. In 1998, they enrolled at Mid Sweden University and achieved a Master's degree in business administration with a specialization in Supply Chain Management in 2003.
