Jose Pablo Morales Martinez

Jose Pablo Morales Martinez has held a variety of positions in the technology industry since 2002. In that year, they began working as an IT Consultant for ECOE. From 2003 to 2004, they were an IT Consultant for CONOCER and ARKTUAL S.A. de C.V., respectively. From 2005 to 2012, they were an IT Analyst in Software Development for Radiomovil Dipsa S.A. de C.V. and held roles as a Software Engineer and Configuration Manager for Sony Network Entertainment Int'l (SNEI). During 2012, they were also a Program Manager for Tiempo Development. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Technical Supervisor Sr for Omnitracs. Jose Pablo then held roles as Chief Information Security Officer, Director of Software Development and DevOps, and Software Development Engineer for Framework Science from 2018 to 2020. Most recently, they have been a VP of Engineering and VP of Technical Recruitment for Sonatafy Technology | Nearshore Software Development since 2022.

Jose Pablo Morales Martinez has a degree in Systems Engineering with a focus in Computer Science from Universidad del Valle de Mexico, which they obtained between 1994 and 1998. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, including a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification in May 2016, a Scrum Developer Certified (SDC) certification in August 2015, and a Scrum Fundamentals Certified certification in July 2014.
