Richard Stovall has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2019, they began working as an Exchange/Office 365 SME/Architect for Sonatafy Technology | Nearshore Software Development. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant - UCC Engineer / Architect at the National Institutes of Health from 2013-2019. From 2012-2013, they were a Microsoft Consultant - MCSE at Microsoft, where they developed Powershell scripts for SAP deployment of over 400 Windows Servers, architected Exchange 2010 Solution and directory structure for 20,000 mailboxes (multi-site DAG), architected Exchange 2010 Solution, built, and migrated 6000 mailboxes (multi-site DAG), architected Lync 2013 solution with migration approach for OCS, built and deployed POC for Lync migration, architected Lync 2013 solution with voice including complete architecture, built and deployed, and architected Exchange 2013/Lync 2013 greenfield environment for financial institute including build and deploy. From 2005-2012, they worked as an Independent Consultant at CerberusIT, LLC, where they migrated 160,000 users from multiple orgs utilizing Quest Tools (5. 5, Notes, Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003), migrated 50,000 users from single 5. 5 Organization to mixed mode Exchange 2000/2003 using native Microsoft tools, and migrated 150 users from 5.5 to Exchange 2003.

Richard Stovall attended Southern Polytechnic State University from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
