Owen C. Liou

Owen C. Liou is a seasoned professional in quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Sonatus since July 2024. With extensive experience in the autonomous driving software industry, Owen previously held the position of Head of Quality Assurance at Cyngn from August 2021 to July 2024, overseeing quality functions and strategies across all company products. Owen has also contributed to various organizations, including Abbott as a Mobile App Deployment Manager, and has held several leadership roles at Cyngn, NAUTO, Magnetic, ERN Global, RingCentral, White Sky Inc., and Webroot Software Inc. Owen's educational background includes an M.B.A. from Canterbury University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Charter University.
