Marcelo Correia

Marcelo Correia possesses extensive experience in IT project management and operations support. Currently serving as Líder de projetos at SONDA since November 2022, Marcelo leads a multidisciplinary team and oversees the maintenance of computerized and critical risk environments. Previously, as Coordenador de suporte a operações at Qintess from December 2019 to November 2022, Marcelo managed Service Desk operations and ensured the continuity of IT services while maintaining the Knowledge Base. Marcelo's earlier role as Coordenador at Hitss Do Brasil Servicos Tecnologicos provided significant experience in team and process management, with expertise in ITIL, incident management, and data center operations from time spent at CAIXA. Marcelo holds a degree in Administração de Sistemas de Informação from UNEB, completed between 1996 and 1999.
