Rosario Estevez

Rosario Estevez is a talent and development consultant at SONDA since October 2021, responsible for over 2,800 collaborators across Chile, Costa Rica, and Panama. Estevez has a strong background in organizational development, having previously served as a Recruitment and Organizational Development Analyst at Grupo CPT, where responsibilities included recruitment processes, internal mobility, and performance management.
