Dr. Rahil Shaikh

Dr. Rahil Shaikh has a varied work experience spanning from 2010 to 2019. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Saflya Hospital & Nursing Home as a Medical Officer & Asst. Hospital Administrator. During this time, they were responsible for leading a team of healthcare clinical and non-clinical staff, developing comprehensive plans for the growth and development of services, and monitoring operations to improve processes and solve problems. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at IKS Health as a Team Lead, managing the operations of an outsourcing US healthcare industry and managing a team of 30 medical analysts. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at SPERO HEALTHCARE INNOVATIONS as an Operations Manager, coordinating and managing various departments, and improving processes and policies. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, they worked at Cipla Ltd. as a Respiratory Therapy Manager, managing a team of business and territory managers, taking seminars and small meetings with doctors, and managing and strengthening relationships with doctors and clients.
