Damaris Rodriguez Franco

Damaris Rodriguez Franco is a highly experienced designer and co-founder of Sonder Design Collective since September 2017. Previously, Damaris served as Service Design Lead at M4ID, focusing on human-centered design solutions for low-resource settings from September 2014 to June 2017. Damaris's career includes roles as Service Design Lead at Fjord, Interaction Designer at ustwo™ and Tinker London, and Interaction & User Experience Designer at The Cocktail Experience. Damaris has demonstrated expertise in UX design, conceptualizing physical and digital experiences, and managing teams, with a leadership role at CINESA overseeing a team of 30. Damaris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Science from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, earned between 2003 and 2008.
