Vaishali Kasture is the Co Founder of SonderConnect, a platform dedicated to mentoring female entrepreneurs. With a background in various leadership roles in companies such as Amazon Web Services, Experian, L&T Financial Services, Deloitte India, Goldman Sachs, Butterfield Fulcrum Group, Infosys BPO, Citibank, and SHCIL, Vaishali has extensive experience in banking, finance, and business operations. Vaishali holds a B. Com in Commerce and Economics from Government of Maharashtra Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics and an MBA in Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS).

SonderConnect is an organisation dedicated to discovering, empowering and promoting Female Founders globally. We support women entrepreneurs in Business Development through expert-led coaching and access to a network of investors, thought leaders and executives across various industries. SonderConnect is exclusively focused on giving this group of women founders the tools they need to succeed. We have engaged with several women entrepreneurs all over India since 2016. Through Ignite, our biannual flagship program, SonderConnect identifies, nurtures and champions high potential women-led ventures with the goal of growing them to be multi-million dollar companies. IGNITE is our flagship mentoring program crafted for select Female Founders from diverse industries looking to scale their businesses. Since October 2016, we have supported 8 cohorts of Women Entrepreneurs. At SonderConnect, we aspire to be an integral player in driving a culture of equality, by empowering Female Founders to grow their businesses by providing them with necessary tools, training and investment.
