Yared Wondimu

Yared Wondimu has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Yared currently holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at SonderMind since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an SDET Lead at ClickFox, The Journey Company from May 2017 to April 2020. Yared also had a brief role as a Product Security Research & Development Engineer at SAP from June 2015 to December 2015. Before that, they worked as a Senior Web Application Developer at TechSolution PLC from August 2014 to March 2015. Yared also gained experience as a Senior Mobile and Web Application Developer at Better Mobile Security from October 2013 to July 2014. Yared started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Addis Ababa University, AAiT from July 2011 to August 2013. Additionally, Yared worked as a Biomedical Engineer at neuroMEDSS from March 2011 to August 2011.

Yared Wondimu completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Addis Ababa University, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science at Maharishi International University from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Yared has obtained several certifications, including "Designing RESTful APIs" from LinkedIn in April 2019, "HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate" from HashiCorp in February 2022, and "AWS Certified Developer – Associate" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2020.
