Jessica Dumas

Jessica Dumas, MSC, is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in municipal and law enforcement settings. Currently serving as an Operations Executive at SoNE HEALTH since October 2018, Jessica previously held the position of Executive Operations Coordinator. Prior roles include Executive Assistant to the Chief of Police at Manchester Police Department from October 2015 to March 2018 and various executive assistant roles at the Town of Rocky Hill from January 2003 to September 2015, where responsibilities encompassed management of the Town’s Worker’s Compensation Program and compliance with FOIA and other regulations. Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Communications from Bay Path University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College.
