Lori Smith

Lori Smith has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in data integrity, project management, and clinical informatics. Lori is currently working as the Director of Data Integrity and Integration at SoNE Health since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Project Management at NeoGenomics Laboratories from May 2019 to April 2022, and as a Project Manager for Operations Excellence from August 2018 to May 2019.

Before joining NeoGenomics Laboratories, Lori held a managerial role at UMass Memorial Medical Center from August 2015 to August 2018, where they managed a team and oversaw various projects related to IT business applications and compliance with HL7 standards. Lori also served as the Director of Program Implementation & Management at Accountable Care Associates, LLC from April 2013 to March 2015, leading a team and managing multiple initiatives, including the implementation of an EMR and billing system.

Prior to that, Lori worked as a Clinical Application & Implementation Manager at Accountable Care Associates / Hampden County Physicians from May 2012 to April 2013, where they played a crucial role in planning and expanding clinical applications for a multi-specialty physicians group.

Lori'searlier experience includes working as the Director of Information Services at Noble Hospital from May 2010 to April 2012, overseeing the daily operations of the hospital's applications system. Lori also served as a Manager of Clinical Informatics at Noble Hospital from 2007 to 2010.

Lori Smith RN, MSCIM, PMP completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Elms College in 1988. In 2004, they obtained their Master of Science degree in Communication and Information Management from Bay Path University. Additionally, Lori has obtained various certifications including Smartsheet Product Certified User, Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), CPHIMS, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from reputable institutions.
