Nina Arnold, MPH, ACM-RN, CHWC, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in care management and health coaching. Currently serving as the Manager of the Care Management team within the Population Health Department at SoNE HEALTH since November 2016, Nina oversees multiple programs focused on high-risk patient populations and collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure patient-centered quality care. Previous roles include Bariatric Program Coordinator at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, where Nina facilitated compliance with accreditation standards and coordinated patient education efforts. As a Certified Health Coach and Owner of Whole You Health Coaching, Nina developed personalized health plans aimed at improving chronic health conditions. Nina’s background also includes positions as a Bariatric Nurse Coordinator and Practice Nurse, showcasing a consistent commitment to improving patient outcomes across diverse healthcare settings. Nina holds an MPH in Public Health from the University of Connecticut, a Duke Health Integrative Medicine Certificate in Integrative Health Coaching, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
