Xavier Bouthors

Xavier Bouthors is an experienced sales and business development professional currently serving as the Head of Sales and BD for Government & Defence at Sonema since June 2025. Prior to this role, Xavier spent over two decades at Inmarsat, where various positions were held, including Business Development Director for France, and Sales and BD Director for Government Maritime, overseeing sales and business development activities globally. Earlier career experience includes roles at Alten Ltd as a Telecom Engineer. Xavier received an Executive MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Diplôme d'auditeur from École de Guerre, in addition to an engineering degree from IMT Nord Europe in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
