Mark Ernst

Mark Ernst is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management and food and beverage operations. Currently serving as General Manager for the Stephen F Austin Royal Sonesta and Sonesta Silicon Valley since March 2014, Mark has previously held significant roles such as Task Force General Manager at The Clift Royal Sonesta Hotel and Assistant General Manager at The Royal Sonesta New Orleans. Prior experience includes positions at Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Fat Hen Grill, where Mark held various management roles. With a background that began at Emeril's Restaurant and further developed at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Marriott New Orleans, Mark holds a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the University of New Orleans.
