Balaji Ragupathy

Balaji Ragupathy is an accomplished Executive Sous Chef at Sonesta Resorts Sint Maarten since February 2017, bringing extensive culinary expertise to the role. With a diverse background in hospitality, Balaji served as a Culinary Instructor at Hospitality First Training & Education from December 2017 to September 2018 and held various positions including Sous Chef at MSC Cruises from July 2008 to December 2016 and multiple roles at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. from May 2005 to August 2008. Balaji's educational foundation includes a Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from the Indian Institute of Catering Technology and Hotel Management and a Craft Course in Food Production from Jenneys College of Education.
