Pauline Johnston has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, serving as a Restaurant Manager at Sonesta Resorts and Sonesta Beach Resort since October 2010. Prior to this, Pauline held the position of Restaurant Supervisor at Simpson Bay Resort Restaurant from October 1994 to October 2010. Education was completed at Lennon High.
