Brad Dollar

Director of Artist & Customer Experience at Songfinch

Brad Dollar has a diverse work background in the music industry, spanning multiple roles and responsibilities. Brad started their career in 2003 with their own business, Brad Dollar Music Development & Coaching, where they identified artists, provided studio services, and developed their talents. In this role, they have worked with over 2000 releases, reaching over 100 million people.

In 2007, Brad became Studio Director at Bay Area Sound Studios, managing the daily operations of a 12-room rehearsal and recording studio. Brad also served as a Staff Recording Engineer at The Mixroom, where they engineered music sessions for high-profile clients and implemented a centralized workflow.

Brad joined TRI Studios in 2009 as a Staff Recording Engineer & Producer, facilitating the design and implementation of a high-definition live stream recording studio. Brad also worked as the Director of Music Development & Operations at Zoo Labs from 2013 to 2019, overseeing the development of over 300 music-making teams and guiding the production of diverse creators.

In 2019, Brad founded Harmonizer, an agency that curates collaborations and content to support conscious efforts and social responsibility plans. Brad also worked as a Music Coordinator at Zoo Labs, designing and launching music residency programs and producing transformational experiences and multimedia content.

Most recently, Brad joined Songfinch in 2021, where they have held multiple roles including Director of Artist Services, A&R, and currently serves as the Director of Artist & Customer Experience.

Brad Dollar attended SAE Expression College from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Audio Engineering. In addition to their degree, Brad also obtained the Avid Pro Tools Operator Certification from Ex'pression College in 2008.
