Beth Almond

Beth Almond has a diverse background in Human Resources and recruitment. Beth started their career in 2013 as an Intern - Recruitment Coordinator at Alorica Philippines, Inc., where they gained experience in conducting interviews and honed their skills in patience, creativity, and individualism. In 2015, they worked as an Intern - Human Resources Coordinator at Renewal by Andersen of Colorado, where they ensured compliance with HR requirements and contributed to the recruitment process. From 2016 to 2018, they held multiple contract positions as a Recruiter, assisting with sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various companies including Corestaff Services and Animal Medical Hospital. In 2017, they worked as a Recruiter at Chase Professionals, specializing in full cycle recruiting for contracted clients in Charlotte and the surrounding area. Most recently, they joined Sonic Automotive in 2018 as an HR Specialist, where they supported hiring managers by processing applicants and coordinating new hire onboarding.

Beth Almond completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Spanish at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Sun Valley High School from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained their High School diploma in General Studies.
