Lucas Peterson

Lucas Peterson has a diverse work experience in the food service industry. Lucas started as an Owner/Operator of Snookermens Soup and Sandwich from 2004 to 2006. Lucas then worked as a gm/multi-unit manager for Sonic Drive-In from 2006 to 2012. Afterward, they served as a District Manager for Pizza Ranch from 2014 to 2015. Lucas then transitioned to the role of Regional Sales Representative for Battaglia Distributing Co from 2015 to 2016. Since 2016, Lucas has been primarily associated with SONIC Drive-In, where they held the positions of Operating Partner from 2016 to 2021 and Director of Operations from December 2021 to present.

Lucas Peterson attended Illinois Central College from 1999 to 2001, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. Lucas did not complete a degree during their time there.
