Alejandro De Leija

Alejandro De Leija has a diverse work experience in various engineering and quality roles. Alejandro started their career at Accellent as a QA Engineer, where they were involved in transfer validation teams, reviewing protocols and final reports, and assisting with process and product transfers. Alejandro then joined Hoover Vacuum Cleaners as a Quality Leader, where they implemented lean culture practices and supervised quality personnel. Alejandro then worked at SEISA Medical as an Engineering Systems Leader, focusing on improving engineering systems, coaching engineers, and implementing lean culture. Alejandro later joined Biosense Webster as a Project Engineer, where they planned and established project criteria and validated equipment for new lines. Alejandro then worked at Johnson & Johnson as an Engineering Consultant, providing expertise and guidance. Their most recent role is at Pulsar Vascular as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer, responsible for lean manufacturing practices. Alejandro is currently working at Sonic Manufacturing Technologies as a Quality Engineer. Overall, Alejandro has gained diverse experience in quality engineering, lean manufacturing, project management, and engineering systems.

Alejandro De Leija holds a Master's Degree of Science in Industrial Engineering, which they obtained from the Instituto Tecnologico de Ciudad Juarez. Alejandro pursued this degree from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Ciudad Madero. Alejandro attended this institution from 1995 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Alejandro also holds various certifications. Alejandro obtained the Certified Quality Engineer certification from ASQ in December 2011 and the Certified Six Sigma Black Belt certification from ASQ in March 2009.
