Melanie Jackson has a wealth of work experience in the hospitality industry. Melanie began their career in 2002 as a Catering Manager at Jasons Deli. In 2011, they moved to Bruegger's Bagels in the same capacity. In 2012, they became an Operations Coordinator at Bridgeport Conference Center. In 2013, they became an HR Generalist at AlignHR. In 2016, they were a Food and Beverage Operations Manager at CP HOSPITALITY LLC, and also took on the role of Principal at AlignHR Hospitality. Finally, in 2020, they became a Human Resources Manager at Job Squad, Inc., and in 2022, they were promoted to Human Resources Lead at Sonic Systems International, Inc.(SSI).
