Mikhil Raja began their career in 2009 as a Summer Investment Banking Analyst at Rothschild. In 2010, they joined Deutsche Bank as an Investment Banking Associate, where they were involved in the origination and execution of transactions in EMEA, with focus on the UK. During their time at Deutsche Bank, they raised over €25bn for Companies, Shareholders and Governments, and was involved in successful deals such as IPOs, Rights Issues, Placing & Open Offers, and Accelerated Placements. In 2017, they became the CEO & Co-founder of SonicJobs, where they worked to improve job search. Finally, in 2022, they became a Member of the Edtech Founders Club.

Mikhil Raja attended Campion School from 1990 to 1996. Mikhil then attended Millfield School from 1997 to 2006, where they earned three A-Levels in Economics, Maths, and Accounts. Finally, they attended The University of Edinburgh from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a First Class MA in Economics & Business.
