Ben Shao

Ben Shao is an experienced IT Manager with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles within the information technology sector. Currently employed at Dell SonicWALL since October 2007, Ben Shao focuses on planning, designing, and building reliable, expandable, and secure network and application infrastructures, while also leading technical teams on system integration projects. Prior to this, Ben Shao held similar roles at TGC, ATOS ORIGIN CHINA, and Wonders Information Co. Ltd., where responsibilities included presales support and project management. Ben Shao began the career as a System Engineer and Technical Department Manager at CGS Group and Shanghai Futong ComputerLand Co., Ltd., showcasing a solid technical foundation. Ben Shao holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in automation controller from Wuhan University of Technology.
